FEES for AUTHORS

At least one author, for each accepted paper, must register (full conference registration) and pay the registration fee within the last camera-ready deadline on 10 August 2023 (one presenter - one in-presence registration policy).


Consider following our pre-conference event one day before TPDL. VIPERC is satellite event held on 25-26 September, 2023, prior the TPDL. See the registration fee below.



Do not forget to include the PAPER ID assigned to your paper on the registration form.

*Students must upload a proof of their student status in the registration form. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only. The student rate is not available for post-doctorates.


Speakers must register with a in person registration fee.


Registration fees include:

  • Access to all Conference Sessions
  • Possibility to present the accepted paper and publication of the paper in the Springer proceedings
  • Morning and afternoon coffees as in the final program
  • All lunches as in the final program
  • Welcome Reception on September 26, 2023
  • Social Dinner on September 27, 2023
  • Excursion by boat

VIPERC registration fees include:

  • Access to the VIPERC Workshop Sessions on 25th and 26th September 2023
  • Possibility to present the accepted paper and publication of the paper
  • Welcome Reception on September 25, 2023
  • Coffe breaks for September 25 & 26, 2023



INVOICE

Registration Fees are in Euro and include VAT. The invoice will be issued after the payment is received and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format. If your payment is subject to the receipt of our invoice, please send a message to dcupar@unizd.hr or tpdl@unizd.hr. Please make sure to type the correct invoice billing address! If a new invoice is requested with corrections on personal or company data, a handling fee of 25% of the invoice total will be withheld.


PAYMENTS

Fees must be paid in Euro (€) via webshop or bank transfer. Online payment system guarantees the security of the transaction. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you should complete the registration form first. Bank transfer details and instructions are included in the registration confirmation email. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. All payments must be made by the dates stated above for early bird or late registration.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation with the summary of the selected options. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam. If you do not receive this email, either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact dcupar@unizd.hr or tpdl@unizd.hr and do not re-register until further instructions.


CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

In-person registration: The cancellation of the registration for personal reasons must be confirmed in writing before September 5, 2023 and accompanied by all personal bank information needed to proceed for the reimbursement. Registration fees will be reimbursed, less the amount of € 50,00 for organizational and administrative charges. No reimbursement will be possible in case of no-show or after this date. All reimbursements will be processed after the Conference.
